Jardin Majorelle

Jacques Majorelle, an artist, created Jardin Majorelle in 1937 as his personal home and workshop. The garden, which opened to the public in 1947, boasts a distinctive blue color that became known as "Majorelle blue". In 1966, Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé stumbled upon the Jardin Majorelle and immediately fell in love with its tranquil setting. They visited daily during their trips to Marrakech.
